AZBGC Governance Statement

 

The Agnes Zabali Boys and Girls Club (AZBGC) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and committees, both in Canada and Uganda, that provide strategic leadership, oversight, and accountability to ensure the organization fulfills its mission with integrity and transparency. The Board is responsible for setting policies, approving budgets, and ensuring compliance with Canadian charitable regulations.

 

AZBGC is committed to ethical governance practices, community engagement, and inclusive decision-making. Our leadership structure supports sustainable programming and responsible resource management while prioritizing the voices and well-being of the children, youth, and communities we serve in both Canada and Uganda.
